Covenant is the leading provider of statutory supervision services to retirement villages in New Zealand. We are the statutory supervisor for over 150 retirement villages, approximately 55% of the villages registered. We have a highly qualified specialist team who are very experienced and knowledgeable. We work with villages from Kerikeri in the north to Invercargill in the south. Our smallest village of four units is in Christchurch and the largest (at the moment) village of 359 units is in Auckland.
Retirement villages come in all shapes and sizes, a reflection of the bigger world where our tastes and preferences are different. It is a competitive market, and whilst the large corporates dominate numerically, they are constantly challenged by the innovation and entrepreneurism of the individual developer. Each is similarly challenged in turn by the many charitable trusts that we work with, also innovative and often providing essential services in isolated communities.
