Covenant Trustee Services (“CTS”) provides statutory supervisor services under the terms of the Retirement Villages Act (2003) (“Act”). This is the only activity the company undertakes, and we pride ourselves in offering the most comprehensive specialist service in New Zealand.

Covenant's management team is highly experienced with over 40 years of corporate trustee experience. Our chief executive has been at the helm for 25 years and has built a senior management team around him with a wealth of industry experience. We have established long term relationships with many of our clients, but also welcome sharing our experience with newcomers to the retirement village world.
